Brewed by Yamagata Masamune Brewery, founded in 1898 in Yamagata Prefecture, Japan. Junmai Ginjo, meaning it's made with only rice, water, koji mold, and has at least 50% milling rate for the rice. Omach is a rare and delicate rice variety known for its complex flavor profile.

On the nose, subtle and elegant, with hints of pear, lychee, banana, and steamed rice. On the palate, owerful and complex, showcasing the unique characteristics of Omachi rice.
